Krakow had a ton of history and very nice people. Prague had really beautiful architecture and some very nice museums. Budapest had absolutely stunning architecture and a really nice vibe. Food in all 3 places was super cheap and very good. I thought Prague was a bit more touristy feeling than the other 2, but not a bad thing necessarily. Prague is a great solo travel destination. I'm not sure if it is there is enough to fill out a whole week, especially when the days will be very short, but you have places nearby that could fill out the week nicely, some of which I've been to (Karlovy Vary), some of which I want to go (Plzen, Cesky Krumlov), Prague is not a big city and you can perfectly walk from Vinohrady or Letná to the city center for sightseeing.
